WHY EOGHAN?
Eoghan began cutting hair at just 15 years old in a small village in Ireland. From the very beginning inspired by MENSPIRE drawn to its unique vision, its modern outlook on men’s hairdressing, and the individuality it encouraged. At 16 he attended his first MENSPIRE course in Ireland where he met Josh Lamonaca and the Artistic team. That experience confirmed his ambition: he knew MENSPIRE was the brand he wanted to be part of.
Determined to grow, he enrolled again at MENSPIRE Academy in London. He made it clear that his goal was to join MENSPIRE. Months later, at just 17, he achieved that dream — securing a position at MENSPIRE and moving to London at 18 to fully immerse himself in the journey.
Starting as a Graduate Stylist, he quickly rose through the ranks to Stylist, Senior Stylist, Creative Director, and Salon Manager within just 18 months. At 19 he became an educator at MENSPIRE Academy, teaching in the academy at all levels, while also travelling internationally to represent the brand at shows and seminars across Europe. He became a key figure in internally for the brand, upskilling teams across the UK, and contributing to the growth of the MENSPIRE brand.
After visiting MENSPIRE Amsterdam to develop the team, he recognised a unique opportunity for the the brand in the Netherlands. Soon after, he relocated, helping develop the team, raise standards, and establish MENSPIRE Netherlands as a growing force. Today, as Co-Director of MENSPIRE Netherlands, he leads both the salons and the Academy.
With his journey, Eoghan has become a leader in the industry — combining professional development within salons with world-class technical ability in hairdressing. His vision is not only to grow the brand internationally, but also to inspire the next generation to unlock their full potential both as professionals and as artists.
HOW DOES IT WORK?

We then begin by arranging a telephone or email consultation by understanding your requirements from what you desire to work on before create a tailor made curriculum built to fit the purpose of your learning needs. From here we will then present to you the schedule of the day that we understand from the initial consultation. Once both parties have agreed and confirmed you will then arrange the time schedule of the class.
