WHY DALE?
Eoghan began cutting hair at just 15 years old in a small village in Ireland. From the very beginning inspired by MENSPIRE drawn to its unique vision, its modern outlook on men’s hairdressing, and the individuality it encouraged. At 16 he attended his first MENSPIRE course in Ireland where he met Josh Lamonaca and the Artistic team. That experience confirmed his ambition: he knew MENSPIRE was the brand he wanted to be part of.
Determined to grow, he enrolled again at MENSPIRE Academy in London. He made it clear that his goal was to join MENSPIRE. Months later, at just 17, he achieved that dream — securing a position at MENSPIRE and moving to London at 18 to fully immerse himself in the journey.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Dale is a barber and educator whose craft reflects both precision and versatility. Specialising in sharp, clean fades as well as longer hairstyles, he discovered his true connection to men’s hairdressing after joining MENSPIRE. Over the past six years, his journey has taken him from his hometown in Cork, Ireland to Barcelona and now Amsterdam, each experience shaping his technical expertise and evolving his perspective on the industry.
Beyond the chair, Dale has developed a wide skillset in leadership, social media, and building authentic relationships — qualities that enrich his role as both an educator and Creative Director at MENSPIRE. Teaching for Dale is not just about technique; it’s about connection. He places emphasis on understanding each student’s individual goals, breaking down methods clearly, and creating an environment where growth feels both accessible and inspiring.
A former footballer, Dale carries with him the values of discipline, teamwork, and drive, all of which influence his teaching and leadership style. His journey with MENSPIRE has been transformative, taking him from Stylist to Creative Director in just 2.5 years — a testament to his determination, talent, and commitment to pushing both himself and his students toward their next level.
