Milosz began his career in 2018 in Poland, driven by a deep curiosity to discover what it truly means to be a hairdresser. From his very first day in the salon, he became captivated by the beauty of craftsmanship — a passion that continues to inspire and evolve within him to this day.
Believing that strong fundamentals are the foundation of all creativity, Milosz has dedicated himself to mastering both technical discipline and artistic vision. Over time, his craft has matured into a style that not only reflects his personal journey, but also embodies the philosophy of MENSPIRE.
As an educator, Milosz brings this balance of structure and creativity into every session. His approach allows students to strengthen their technique, expand their artistic awareness, and discover new perspectives on men’s hairdressing. Whether it’s through posture, scissor work, or developing the eye for detail, Milosz ensures each student leaves with both confidence and clarity.
Teaching is his passion, and his mission is to guide barbers and hairdressers who are hungry to grow. With Milosz by your side, you’ll unlock not just new skills, but also a new way of seeing the craft itself.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Simply book your day here on the website.
We then begin by arranging a telephone or email consultation by understanding your requirements from what you desire to work on before create a tailor made curriculum built to fit the purpose of your learning needs. From here we will then present to you the schedule of the day that we understand from the initial consultation. Once both parties have agreed and confirmed you will then arrange the time schedule of the class.

– You will be required to bring your own equipment to the class.
